We specialize in locating turn of the century cotton, textile mills, schools, barns, warehouses, houses, etc. for the purpose of reclaiming the antique woods such as Timber, Beams, Decking, Flooring, and Doors, etc. We are a wholesale company catering to saw mills all over the country who specialize in making antique flooring, exposed beams, etc.

We pride ourselves in being able to find and identify quality woods such as Long leaf pine, yellow pine, chestnut, oak, Douglas fur, and many others to provide the very best woods available. We are not a demolition company... we like to think of ourselves as a de-construction company. Founder and President Scott Davis has disassembled to date 9 large textile plants and several other structures and has learned what not to do. We are proud of our technique in taking these old buildings apart, leaving undamaged, usable wood for our customers. We also separate all of our wood by species and grade so you can custom order anything you want
